Shame on Me

It seems if I have been a bit remiss in blogging recently. As I browse through the blogs of many of my friends, I see the same pattern. Perhaps its the moon's position or something, but it seems like everyone has fallen off the blogging train. I'd like to make this bold claim and state that I'm going to get back to blogging every night, but I don't realistically see that happening. This coming week is one that is full of midterms and assignments. The following week is our spring break, for which I'll be in Chicago. But throughout all of that, I am going to try and be better about blogging. Now onto the song...

Oh, its called "On the Way Down" and its by Ryan Cabrera if you hadn't figured that out. My sister got the CD for Christmas and I was listening to it a couple of weeks ago and this song caught my attention because I finally figured out what the lyrics were. I have no idea what he was writing this song about, but I think the words are fascinating. The first verse is almost exactly what I feel sometimes. "Trippin over myself, going nowhere." Yeah, that's me sometimes - ok, a lot of times. Luckily we're aren't in this world alone and someone is out there ready to hold on to us when we take our dive.

  • You obviously haven't been browsing through my blog because I haven't been remiss :-P

Frankly, I'm insulted. And you need to send me your Ipod shuffle as an apology.
